Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Due to the weight and fragile nature of our glass carafes and ceramic filters, we use specialized carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
Are your water filters compatible with standard kitchen faucets?
Yes, our Oasis H2O countertop units include a universal adapter kit that fits 95% of standard threaded kitchen faucets. For non-standard designer faucets, we offer specialized installation kits.
What is your return policy for open filtration kits?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not satisfied with the water quality, you can return the system for a full refund. Please note that used replacement filters are subject to a small environmental disposal fee.
How often should I replace my Oasis H2O filter cartridge?
To maintain optimal purity and flow rate, we recommend replacing your main filter cartridge every 6 months or after 500 gallons of use, whichever comes first.
Do you offer professional installation services?
For our whole-home and under-sink systems, we partner with a national network of certified plumbers. You can add professional installation to your cart at checkout for a flat service fee.
